Siddharth is a seasoned banker and an aficionado in Public Policy & Public Finance. He is a Law graduate and an IIM Ahmedabad Alumni who shares his past experience in role of Deputy Managing Director of Adarsh Group based out of Ahmedabad Prior to that he has served as Zonal Head in IndusInd Bank, Vice President in Yes Bank, State Head in ING Bank, Regional Operations Head in ICICI Prudential. Along with this he has also worked in HDFC & IDBI Bank at key positions at the very initial of his career.
Since long he has been associated and working on many solutions related to Fintech, EduTech, Aggrotech, Citizen centric services and its proper inclusion to ensure a freewill for a welfare business. In the aforesaid verticals he has a close-knit association with Rajasthan Police Training Directorate, Rajasthan Police Academy, Ministry of Consumer Affairs and NABCONS which is a whole-time subsidiary of NABARD as their consultant on Public Finance and Financial Inclusion. Currently he is the Founder and Director of Quick Silver Connecting The Dots Services Private Limited.
Shivendra, is a veteran in Public Policy Governance & Public Finance. He is a Law graduate, a research scholar (M.Phil.) and an alumnus from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS Delhi). He has worked with the Govt. Of Germany, Planning Commission of India, Department of Financial Services & with PFRDA as a senior consultant. He was Country Head in Budget Advisory, Public Policy and Public Finance in IIEF. He was indispensable part in rolling out NPS-Lite and NPS-Swavalamban with LIC, RRB’s, and DCCB’s across India. Prior to this, he worked as a Regional Head in ICICI Bank, Zonal Business Head in Bajaj Allianz Life, Key Account Manager for Northern & Eastern Zone in ICICI Prudential, Manager – Regional Processing Centre in AVIVA – HO. Shivendra was also part of Tata AIG and IDBI Bank where he played key roles.
Currently he is Director in Quick Silver Connecting The Dots Services Private Limited. And Global Executive Committee Member of IGYLF where recently his work is appreciated in Berlin by Govt. of Germany and By the Hon’ble President of Germany Mr. Frank Stiennmier.
Along with that he is associated with Rajasthan Institute Cooperative Education and Management, NABARD CONSULTANCY Services (NABCONS) and Ministry of Consumer Affairs – National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation of India as Expert on Public Inclusion and Implementation.
